Magic Cape in FSA?

The Hyrule Encyclopedia says that the Magic Cape is in Four Swords Adventures. It even has a picture. However, I cannot find any information on this. I've even searched the game's text dump, and there is not one mention of the Magic Cape. What is going on here? I'm not very familiar with Four Swords Adventures but it's possible that it's exclusive to Navi Trackers. TriforceTony (talk) 02:28, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
