Okay, just one slight problem. The game mentions that the water in the boss room IS Morpha. An amoeba is more than just a nucleus. It needs a body too. This would explain Morpha's absolute control over the water, as the water IS Morpha, as well as the nucleus. Just a thought. :)

Ruto only appears at the beginning of the Water Temple. Navi appears to say that line. Unless Zora's have mind powers that allow them to speak directly into someone's head, I doubt she could try to talk.
