Original River Devil and Gooma
His original sprite resembles the artwork of Gooma. Do you think there is a link between the fact his sprite was altered in the non Japanese versions, and Gooma is a boss exclusive to those versions? Jeangabin 13:33, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
- The artwork of Gooma is actually artwork of Guma, but was used to represent Gooma as well in international media, presumably due to lack of actual art for the new boss (probably where the name came from, too). The River Devil is possibly meant to be a Guma in the Japanese game. Worth mentioning here I think. ※Fizzle (talk) 15:55, 10 August 2012 (EDT)
