I propose this article be renamed 'Tingle's Balloon Fight DS'; the boxart in the current image was never actually used, and the copy I have (the only boxart released) features the title 'Tingle's Balloon Fight DS' (albeit in Japanese, though the 'D' and the 'S' of 'DS' are legibly written in English). The title is not 'Tingle's Balloon Fight' officially, but 'Tingle's Balloon Fight DS'. Rob 64 18:06, 19 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Yes, I found this out just a couple of days ago and hadn't gotten around to making the move yet. —Ando (talk) 20:53, 19 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Well, at least now all is well here. I'll probably add details on the gallery images when I've unlocked them all, but I can't seem to unlock the last four, and there aren't any decent guides for Tingle's Balloon Fight DS. I know it's not relevant to the article, but does anyone know the details for unlocking all twenty images?Rob 64 01:18, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I also think that the article could perhaps benefit from the correct boxart.Rob 64 12:15, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Yep. The only (free) image I can find of the proper packaging is an IGN image; however, it shan't replace the existing image, but go with it. Until we can get an image of the proper case front to replace the existing image, this will stay as a second image (go figure: Nintendo of Japan's site doesn't even have the correct box art - but it does have another of the MANY variants). —Ando (talk) 14:46, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Good work. ^^ It's weird that there are so many variants in boxart for such a limited game; for one thing, it is only available through Club Nintendo, and what's more, only in one region of the world. Makes you wonder why they couldn't settle, and why they even bothered changing it, huh? Rob 64 17:32, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Oh, and by the way, do you think that we should put 'Balloon Fight' under 'predecessors'? Rob 64 17:37, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Hmm... interesting idea. Though Balloon Fight isn't a direct predecessor, more like a spiritual predecessor... I think that it could be added, but how to word it? —Ando (talk) 19:09, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Well, the games are identical (with Tingle's having little to do with Zelda), and they both share the 'Balloon Fight' title, so I'd say they're more or less in the same series, and even if they weren't, a spiritual predecessor is still a predecessor. I think we should just put 'Balloon Fight' in there. Do you agree? I'll put it in for the time being, but we can always dicuss this futher here. Rob 64 17:17, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I wouldn't do it. Most Zelda fans haven't even played Balloon Fight. The problem is that TRR is the prequel to TbF. Yeah, I've been trying to unlock the last 4 images myself. Alter  {T C B H } 00:41, 7 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Images

Hey, anyone want me to add a gallery or something? I've got a bunch more pieces of art from TBF, and I also have most of the unlockable images. Alter  {T C B H } 18:02, 6 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Also, I can obtain another image of the "proper packaging" that looks a bit nicer, and isn't from IGN or have a watermark. Would that be a desired addition? Alter  {T C B H } 22:42, 20 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

External Links

What is the External Links section for? It doesn't appear on other game's page. It just seems to crowd up the place, yet it also looks relatively empty. Can it be removed, or do others wish for it to stay? Alter  {T C B H } 22:42, 20 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
