Tamio River
Tamio River is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
Tamio River is located between Hyrule Ridge and the Tabantha Frontier, and it is surrounded by sheer cliffs on all sides. It branches due west from Regencia River past the West Hyrule Plains, passing under Jeddo Bridge. A Dock sticks out into the River north of Satori Mountain, at the end of which is a Raft. South of Washa's Bluff, a small campsite with a Cooking Pot, Wooden Boxes, and Iron Boxes can be found on one of the River's beaches, and a nearby path leads up the cliffs. The Tamio River sharply turns south after passing Washa's Bluff, where it ends not long after. Several small beaches are located along its edges.
Several Treasure Chests are submerged within the Tamio River. From east to west, these Chests contain a Silver Rupee, an Opal, and five Shock Arrows. At the campsite, two more Treasure Chests containing an Opal and an Amber can be found. Several outcroppings and beaches at the River's sides contain Ore Deposits and Rare Ore Deposits as well. Finally, several Rocks along the Tamio River will reveal Gems when lifted by Link.
A single Korok Seed Puzzle can be found at the western end of the Tamio River, before it turns towards the south. On an outcropping, there is a Rock that serves as a Natural Hiding Spot. When Link picks up the Rock, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[3]
