Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Great Ton Pu Inn is an Inn nestled in the eastern portion of Hateno Village. It sits along the main pathway that leads up to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab, across from the Shared Cooking Space. Bright blue banners along the building's exterior adorned with an image of a crescent moon mark its location. The Inn is owned and managed by Prima.[2] Leop also works for the Inn, advertising it to travelers as they pass by.[3]

The traveler Worten resides at The Great Ton Pu Inn. During the day, he sits on the Inn's porch, and he sleeps in one of the Beds at night. Teli, a traveling Merchant, also stops by the Inn while visiting Hateno Village.

When Link visits The Great Ton Pu Inn, Prima will greet him.[4] The Inn offers a regular Bed for 20 Rupees or a soft Bed for 40 Rupees.[5] Sleeping in the soft Bed provides a "restorative experience", granting Link an Extra Heart in addition to regenerating his Life Gauge. When Link decides to sleep at The Great Ton Pu Inn, Prima will offer to wake him up in the morning, at noon, or during the night.[6][7] After Link chooses how long to sleep, Prima tells him to enjoy his stay.[8] She will then ask if he slept well.[9] If Link chooses the soft Bed, Prima will tell him he looks well-rested when he wakes.[10] At the end of their interaction, Prima requests that he stay at the Inn again.[11]
