"The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal" is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
"The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal" can be started via two separate methods. The first is by activating the Travel Point that correlates to Rutafu-um Shrine inside of the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave. The second is by interacting with the Mysterious Crystal located nearby. In either scenario, a Mysterious Voice will speak to Link and instruct him to bring the Mysterious Crystal to the Shrine of Light, with the goal of receiving a Light of Blessing.[2][3] Following this, a green light will appear that connects the Crystal and the Shrine, and "The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal" will begin.
The Mysterious Crystal that corresponds to Rutafu-um Shrine can be found submerged in a pool of Cold Water that is located in front of the Shrine. By standing on a platform that floats in Water, Link can use Ultrahand to lift the Crystal out of the pool. Alternatively, he can attach one of the Icicles inside of the Cave to the Crystal with Ultrahand, which he can then use to pull it to the shore. Upon bringing the Mysterious Crystal to Rutafu-um Shrine, it will grow in size, revealing the Shrine's entrance. Afterwards, the Shrine Quest will be completed, and Link will be able to enter the Shrine.[4]
