There was once a man who claimed to be the very reincarnation of a fairy. He treasured this hood, and so will you. After all, it's a rather rare find. Kooloo-Limpah!

Tingle's Hood is a piece of Armor that Link can wear on his head. It is exclusive to The Master Trials DLC Pack. Alongside Tingle's Shirt and Tingle's Tights, it is part of the Tingle's Outfit Armor Set.[3] When all pieces are worn together, Link's speed at night will be increased.

Tingle's Hood was stolen from Hyrule Castle with other pieces of Tingle's Outfit by Misko.[4] During the "EX Treasure: Fairy Clothes" Side Quest, Link is tasked with finding Misko's EX Journal to learn where it has been hidden.[4] In the Journal, the Hood is said to be within the "ruins where trade flourished.[5] At the Outpost Ruins, Link can find a Hidden Chest embedded in the ground, which contains Tingle's Hood.[6]

After obtaining Tingle's Hood, Granté will begin to sell it from 50 Rupees in Tarrey Town.[note 1] Tingle's Hood is unable to be Dyed at the Kochi Dye Shop or upgraded at a Great Fairy Fountain.

Notes

  1. Prior to the Version 1.3.3 Update, Granté would not sell any Armor that is exclusive to the Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass. This meant that Tingle's Hood could not be replaced if sold, which was noted in its Inventory description.[7]
