Toasty Sunshrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Toasty Sunshrooms are a type of Roasted Food, and they can be made by exposing Sunshrooms to Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] It is considered a good idea to keep at least one Toasty Sunshroom on hand for emergencies.[1] They restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link when eaten.

Tears of the Kingdom

Toasty Sunshrooms reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Roasted Food. They can be made by exposing Sunshrooms to Fire or a Scorching Climate. Many residents of Hyrule prefer to keep Toasty Sunshrooms on hand in the event of an emergency.[2] When Link eats a Toasty Sunshroom, he will heal three-quarters of a Heart.
