The Town Title Deed is an Item in Majora's Mask.[1]

Location and Uses

The Town Title Deed is a claim to the Deku Flower in South Clock Town, which is owned by a Business Scrub. If Link attempts to approach the Deku Flower, he will be stopped by the Business Scrub who owns the Flower.[2][3] If Link speaks to the Business Scrub, he will tell Link about a precious stone known as a Moon's Tear. As he is hoping to give one to his wife as a souvenir, the Business Scrub will offer Link the Town Title Deed and his Deku Flower in exchange for a Moon's Tear.[4][5][6][7] If Link agrees to the exchange, the Business Scrub will thank him and inform him that he can resell the Town Title Deed to a Deku Scrub outside of Clock Town for a generous price due to its high demand.[8][9][10]

With the Town Title Deed in Link's possession, he can freely use the yellow Deku Flower in South Clock Town to fly to ledges within range, such as the ledge at the entrance to the Clock Tower. Link can alternatively repurpose the Town Title Deed as toilet paper by giving it to ??? in the Stock Pot Inn's bathroom after midnight each night.[11] Link can also trade the Town Title Deed to the Business Scrub outside the Swamp Tourist Center in the Southern Swamp in exchange for the Swamp Title Deed.[12] However, if he does so, the Business Scrub will move to the Deku Flower in South Clock Town and Link will not be able to access it.[13]
