The Ukuku Plains are a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Ukuku Plains are located in the Akkala Highlands. They are bordered to the north by Kaepora Pass, and a small tunnel on the southeast side of the Plains leads directly to Ulria Grotto. A forest made up of Cedar Trees can be found on the southern end of the Ukuku Plains. Due to their proximity to the Lanayru Great Spring, the Ukuku Plains will be subjected to the constant Rain generated by Divine Beast Vah Ruta.[3]

A stone Treasure Chest can be found above the tunnel leading to Ulria Grotto. It is buried under a pile of rubble, which Link must destroy in order to access the Chest. When he opens it, he will receive an Opal.

One Korok Seed Puzzle is located on the Ukuku Plains. A Pinwheel can be found on top of the tunnel, and if Link approaches it, several Balloons will appear in the forest nearby. After using Archery to destroy the Balloons, a Korok will reveal itself and give Link a Korok Seed.[4]
