"Urbosa, the Gerudo Chief" is the fourth Scenario of Chapter 2 and sixth overall in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]

Overview

Zelda, Link, and Impa are going to Gerudo Town of the Gerudo to ask Urbosa to pilot Divine Beast Vah Naboris. Zelda believes that Urbosa will accept, as Urbosa was a close friend to Zelda's late mother. However, the Gerudo started attacking Zelda and her group for unknown reasons. This prompted her, Link, and Impa to hurry towards Gerudo Town to find out what was happening.

Once Link defeats the Gerudo Captains in the battle, he and Impa escort Zelda into Gerudo Town, where they seemingly encounter Urbosa in her throne room. Zelda will ask Urbosa why she had ordered an attack on them, where she then responds that she is thwarting Zelda's destiny, referring to her as "Princess Zelda". Unsheathing her weapon, she charges into attack Zelda, only to be struck by lighting, causing her to collapse. Then, the real Urbosa appears from the entrance of the throne room, apologizing to Zelda and referring to her as "little bird". The fake Urbosa then reveals himself to be Master Kohga. Mad at Urbosa, Master Kohga summons a group of Yiga Footsoldiers and Yiga Blademasters to fight, while he retreats from battle.

Due to the sudden appearance of numerous Yiga Clan troops, Urbosa suggests provoking the Molduga in the northern region of the desert in order to draw the attention of the Yiga Clan away. Her strategy is defeating the Yiga Clan with loud attacks, particularly with the usage of Remote Bombs.

Eventually, the Molduga appears, causing the Yiga Clan to quickly vanish in a frightened state. From there, Urbosa recommends avoiding the Molduga but will praise Link, Impa, Zelda, or herself if anyone chooses to defeat the Molduga.

The group will then track down where the Yiga Clan have set up an Outpost, where they will fight Master Kohga. Partway through the battle, Master Kohga will clone himself.

After sustaining damage from the battle, Master Kohga is cornered by Link and Urbosa. Without warning, Sooga appears, armed with his two swords. He attacks Urbosa and retracts, charging in towards both her and Link, who both block the attacks. This causes him to backflip, which he resorts to using a projectile attack that both Link and Urbosa attempt to block with their shields but were knocked backwards from the recoil. Sooga then takes Master Kohga and disappears.
