About Me/Brief History
 Hey, wassup? I'm Alter. As you can probably tell, I'm a pretty big Zelda fan. Of course, if I wasn't, I wouldn't be here, now would I? Here's a little info about me. I'm the current owner of Zelda in my Pocket (ZimP), a site that focuses on the many handheld games in the Zelda series. Until recently, I was also a Webmaster over at Ordon Village (OV), which was also known as "Seizure Central" for a time. The reason for that was because after the site was made inactive for a while, the main page became a series of flashing images, and included remixed Zelda dance music. Unfortunately, I had no say in the matter, and it was taken down due to the risk of someone having a seizure caused by the flashing images. Back on topic: I've been involved with the Zelda community for around 10 years now, and have done quite a few things in that time period. More recently, before I was over at OV, I used to work at Zelda Dungeon, and was a Hylian Knight, but I stepped down from those positions for a few reasons. Before that, I staffed at Zelda in my Pocket (yes, the site I currently own), but you can read all about that scenario on its page. Before I was at the original Zelda in my Pocket, I did nothing much but wonder around the community, having a part in many sites, both big and small. Recently, I have managed to track down every Zelda game in existence, including the numerous spin-offs. The most recent addition is my import of Tingle's Love Balloon Trip I've also got a massive amount of Zelda merchandise on top of that, including a few Ocarinas, which I actually play. I can play the 6, 8, 9, and 12-hole Ocarinas quite well. Recently, I purchased the 12-hole Ocarina of Time replica from Songbird Ocarinas, and am loving it so far. {{{1}}} If you want to get in touch with me outside of the wiki, contact me at Ordon Village. Feel free to send me a private message or hit me up in the Shoutbox. Tingle It may look to you like I'm a huge fan of Tingle. In truth, I just enjoy his unique character. It really gets on my nerves when people curse any game that has Tingle in it, claiming that he's a homosexual, retarded, little-kiddish character. If you feel this way, play Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Sure it may cost 40 bucks on eBay, but it's worth it. I never really cared for Tingle myself until I played that game, which is now one of my favorites. Don't flip out about it! Just have a bit of fun. I even enjoyed that game so much, I imported his latest one. It contained almost as much fun as the first title. Let's hope for more. Kakashi: The Search for TingleKakashi: The Search for Tingle is my own little project which I started in May of 2010. It's a fangame for the Nintendo DS, and it features a little scarecrow known as Kakashi. Kakashi first appeared in Color Changing Tingle's Love Balloon Trip as a brainless character who was in search of wisdom. For some odd reason, this character struck a chord with me, influencing my decision to create a game featuring him. Yes, you are correct. I have made 2,000 edits. Why? Because I like editing here. In fact, I liked editing here 2,000 times. And those 2,000 edits were certainly worth it. I mean, who else had exactly 2,000 edits when I did, at the time of my 2,000th edit, at 18:37 (UCT) on Friday, October 2, 2009, AD? I think I'm the only one with those 2,000 edits. That means that those 2,000 edits were important. I mean 2,000 edits important! So, I suppose that this is it for my 2,000th edit. I'll see you in another 2,000 edits, I hope.
