Vegetable Omelets are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Link can make Vegetable Omelets by Cooking a Bird Egg, Goat Butter, Rock Salt, and any Vegetable, herb, or Flower together in a Cooking Pot. Their default version can be made either by using Hyrule Herbs, which have no Added Effects, or by using ingredients with contradicting Effects. Eating them will heal some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. The use of eggs and chopped Vegetables adds to the nutritional balance of this Meal.[1]
Several different variations of Vegetable Omelets can be made, depending on the type of Vegetable, herb, or Flower used:
- Hearty Vegetable Omelet:[4] Made by using Hearty Radishes, Big Hearty Radishes, or other hearty ingredients. By eating them, all of Link's Hearts will be healed and he will gain temporary Hearts.[4]
- Energizing Vegetable Omelet:[5] Made by using energizing ingredients. They can be eaten to partially refill Link's Stamina Wheel.[5]
- Enduring Vegetable Omelet:[6] Made by using Endura Carrots or other enduring ingredients. When eaten, they'll completely restore and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[6]
- Hasty Vegetable Omelet:[7] Made by using Swift Carrots, Swift Violets, or other hasty ingredients. These omelets will provide Link with a movement speed when he eats them.[7]
- Spicy Vegetable Omelet:[8] Made by using Warm Safflinas or other spicy ingredients. Consuming them will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance.[8]
- Electro Vegetable Omelet:[9] Made by using Electric Safflinas or other electric ingredients. If eaten, they'll give Link one level of Shock Resistance.[9]
- Mighty Vegetable Omelet:[10] Made by using Mighty Thistles or other mighty ingredients. Eating these omelets will provide Link with a boost to his attack power.[10]
- Tough Vegetable Omelet:[11] Made by using Fortified Pumpkins, Armoranths, or other tough ingredients. They will grant Link a boost to his defense when he eats them.[11]
- Sneaky Vegetable Omelet:[12] Made by using Blue Nightshades, Silent Princesses, or other sneaky ingredients. By eating them, Link will receive a boost to his Stealth.[12]
- Chilly Vegetable Omelet:[13] Made by using Cool Safflinas or other spicy ingredients. They can be consumed to grant Link one level of Heat Resistance.[13]
