Volcon is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.[2][3]
Biography
Breath of the Wild
Volcon is a Goron who stands outside of the Rollin' Inn in Goron City, where he directs travelers to the lodge.[4] Volcon helps run the Inn alongside Tray,[5][6] and gives Goron-style massages to its customers.[7] If asked, Volcon explains the inn to Link and describes it as a distinguished Goron establishment with a lovely view of Death Mountain, although blocked by Bludo's house.[8] Afterwards, he offers to massage Link as compensation and invites Link to stay at the inn.[9] If Link says goodbye without saying anything, Volcon tells him to rest every now and then.[10]
After the Magma Bombs stop falling following the Divine Beast Vah Rudania's liberation, Volcon becomes hopeful that droves of tourists will start coming to Goron City and stay at the Inn.[11]
If Link attacks him repeatedly with a melee Weapon, Volcon will knock him back without dealing any damage.
