Description
This dragonfly has a special organ that causes it to sweat profusely. Cook it with monster parts for an elixir that will raise your core temperature so you can resist the cold.

Warm Darners can be found in open areas of the Akkala Highlands and Hyrule Field. They are also sold by Maypin and by Beedle at Gerudo Canyon Stable, Rito Stable, Serenne Stable, and Snowfield Stable. Combining one with Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot will result in a Spicy Elixir, which grants Link temporary Cold Resistance.[1] The Kochi Dye Shop accepts Warm Darners as an ingredient for Red Dye.

The Side Quest "Little Sister's Big Request" requires Link to gather a Warm Darner and other Dragonflies for Jana as Gleema's birthday present.[5][6][7] However, Jana will become disgusted by the Dragonflies and asks Link to deliver them in her stead.[8] Jana will give Link one hundred Rupees upon completing this Quest.
