Spacetime Gates are objects in Spirit Tracks.[1] Link can use them to warp from one location on the Spirit Tracks to another.

Location and Uses

Spacetime Gates are stone arches encircling parts of the Spirit Tracks. They function in pairs. One gate of each pair has a green Force Gem-like triangle mounted on it.[2] Blasting the triangle with the Cannon activates both gates in the pair.[3] The first time Link does so, Princess Zelda reads out faded instructions that appear on the Spacetime Gate.[4] The instructions say to blow the Train Whistle, which causes a portal to slowly open from the center of the gate out to its edge. Link must blow the whistle until the portal becomes wide enough for the Spirit Train to warp through it, out to the sister gate on the other side. Once the gate pair is activated they can be used in either direction.[5] They're almost always located in different Realms.

In total there are 8 Spacetime Gate pairs, labeled A through H. For 6 of them, the triangle gates are located on optional sections of the Spirit Tracks restored by collecting Force Gems. As such, these gate pairs become usable only by collecting the corresponding Force Gem.
