Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Water Pump Room is located below Princess Zelda's Study and Princess Zelda's Room in Hyrule Castle. A Waterfall runs down its northern wall. Partway down the Room, Link can find a small side-room with a Lever. Pulling this Lever causes an Updraft to rise from the floor. A passageway in the Water Pump Room leads to the West Passage and Lockup.

100 years prior to the events of Breath of the Wild, the Water Pump Room was used to supply Water throughout Hyrule Castle. Since the Great Calamity, however, it has fallen into disrepair.

As in Breath of the Wild, the Water Pump Room is located within Hyrule Castle in Hyrule Field. It is situated within the portion of the Castle that was suspended in the Sky at the beginning of the Upheaval. The bottom of the Water Pump Room has also filled with debris, and only its upper levels are accessible. As a result of these changes, the Room is no longer connected to the West Passage and Lockup.
