Western Wood
The Western Wood is an area in The Minish Cap.[1]
Features and Overview
The Western Wood is located in western Hyrule. It connects to three other areas: Castor Wilds to the west, South Hyrule Field to the east, and Trilby Highlands to the north.
The Western Wood is home to a few benign inhabitants, such as the poet Percy and a lone Forest Picori, with whom Link can Fuse Kinstone Pieces, causing a beanstalk near his house to grow. A special Kinstone Fusion will remove the thorns that block entrance to a certain Tree in which a Piece of Heart is hidden. Scattered throughout the area are several other fallen Trees that can be moved through various Kinstone Fusions. This area is connected to South Hyrule Field to the east, Trilby Highlands to the north, and Castor Wilds to the west.
