The Yiga Clan Hideout,(BotWBreath of the Wild | TotKTears of the Kingdom | HWAoCHyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)[1][2][3] also known as the Gerudo Desert Hideout,(TotKTears of the Kingdom)[4] is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.
Before entering the main Hideout, Link will find himself in a circular chamber full of Torches. From here, he is surrounded by several sets of stairs and cloth banners. He can burn the banners to reveal the objects and Enemies behind them. Behind one of the banners is the entrance to the main Yiga Clan Hideout.
Once inside, Link will meet an imprisoned Gerudo soldier named Barta who gives Link a hint about the Yiga Clan's affinity for Mighty Bananas.[5] Link must sneak past all of the patrolling Yiga Blademasters in the Hideout to reach the end.
Through the doorway, if Link continues forward he will find a ladder that leads up to an upper walkway to the side a large room with several Blademasters guarding the area. At the end of the walkway, he will find a small room with a Treasure Chest containing a Topaz and a table with 18 Mighty Bananas, serving as plenty of stock for luring Blademasters. In the large room, Link will find more wooden platforms that he can burn to cause Mighty Bananas to drop. There is also a ladder which leads another set of central upper walkways in the room which gives Link a wider variety of sneaking strategies. Link may also hide under the Barrels present in the room to sneak by. There is a Treasure Chest containing a Silver Rupee on the central platform with a Yiga Clan symbol on it. There are also three large cloth banners hanging on the eastern wall. Link can burn them with Fire Arrows and will find two Treasure Chests each containing a Gold Rupee in a secret room behind the middle banner. Link can also find a ladder in this secret room which leads to a back entrance to the central upper walkways, with another Chest containing another Topaz above the doorway.
Should a patrolling Blademaster spot Link, they will whistle loudly. This shuts all the doors, alerts all other Blademasters in the room, and summons two Yiga Footsoldiers with Duplex Bows. All Blademasters will drop the torches they were carrying, which can Link can pick up if he is in desperate need of a Weapon. Being spotted can happen in both rooms, meaning Link may fight up to seven Blademasters and four Footsoldiers in the Hideout, as there are two Blademasters in the first room and five in the second. The Blademasters' ranged Windcleaver attacks and the Footsoldiers' arrows function normally, but should Link be struck directly by a Blademaster's Windcleaver, he will instantly die regardless of how many Hearts he has, Defense granted by his Armor, any Fairies in his Inventory, or if he has obtained Mipha's Grace. He will be warned of the Yiga for underestimating them, given a Game Over, then sent back to the start of the Yiga Clan Hideout.[6]. Link can use Mighty Bananas to lure the Blademasters and sneak past them when they are not looking. After sneaking past the first Blademaster, Link will encounter another one in the next room guarding an open doorway. There is a Treasure Chest in this room containing a sapphire. Two Mighty Bananas can be found sitting on wooden platforms on the walls, which can be shot with arrows to make the bananas drop down and lure the Blademaster.
Once Link successfully sneaks past the Blademasters and through the open doorway to the east, he will find himself in a small room with a Treasure Chest on the center platform containing Mighty Bananas. Link can also find three more Treasure Chests buried in the ground whichhe can retrieve using Magnesis. Two of the Chests contain a Topaz and the third one contains a Ruby. To proceed, Link must use Magnesis again on the eastern wall to reveal a secret exit.
Through the secret exit, Link will find himself outside of the Yiga Clan Hideout in an open area with a large pit in the center. He is then face-to-face with the Leader of the Yiga Clan, Master Kohga. Master Kohga will demand to know who Link is before he realizes Link is the person he and his clan have been looking for and initiates a battle.[7] After defeating Kohga, he will use his magic to perform his "secret technique," summoning a very large and spiked Yiga ball to try and crush Link.[8] However, the ball rolls backwards and ends up making him fall into the large pit instead. While falling, Kohga is heard yelling that he shall be remembered and the Yiga Clan will track Link to the ends of Hyrule.[9] Because of this, Yiga encounters in the Overworld will become more common. Another Treasure Chest will then appear containing the stolen Thunder Helm Link came for. It will give Riju the power to withstand Divine Beast Naboris' Lightning and protect Link so that he can enter Vah Naboris.[10]
The Yiga Clan Hideout is locked, and Link can now only enter if he is wearing the Yiga Clan Attire. In the first room, the alcoves that held Wooden Boxes and Treasure Chests in the previous game are now Shops run by Yiga Footsoldiers of the Mercantile Division, who sell Items associated with the Yiga Clan. Meanwhile, the second room has Footsoldiers from the Research Division working on two Vehicles called the Gloomdredger and HOVERDOOM MK.3, which Link can buy from the nearby workers for 999 and 99 Rupees, respectively.
Finally, Master Kohga's Room now has a huge pile of Mighty Bananas in it. The Distribution Division, which consists of two Yiga Footsoldiers and a Yiga Blademaster, can also be found inside.
If Link is caught attempting to infiltrate the Yiga Clan Hideout, he will be taken to the Yiga Clan Hideout Chasm to fight the Yiga Clan Enforcers.[11][12] The Yiga Clan Enforcers can be fought an indefinite number of times.

Yiga Clan Hideout from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, the Yiga Clan Hideout's location is discovered using the Sheikah Slate after the Sheikah Towers are activated. In the Scenario "Destroy the Yiga Clan!", the ChampionUrbosa uses Divine Beast Vah Naboris in order to smash through barricades into the Yiga Clan Hideout. The Hideout is much bigger than in Breath of the Wild and filled with Monsters and traps such as extending wall and floor spikes. Link and his allies then attack the Yiga trying to defend their base, and ultimately force Master Kohga and Sooga to flee.
