Chillshrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Description
Often found at the base of pine trees in cold climates, these mushrooms are cool to the touch and can be used to cook dishes that allow you to stay cool even in arid regions.

Chillshrooms are found at the base of trees on the Hebra Mountains and Mount Lanayru. They can also be bought in Gerudo Town from Ardin. When eaten, they restore half of a Heart. A Chillshroom that is exposed to Fire will turn into a Toasty Chillshroom. Food made using a Chillshroom will grant Link Heat Resistance.[1] They can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to create Blue Dye.

Chillshrooms, among other Mushrooms, can be used in a Cooking Pot to make the following Foods:
