EX Battle Research: Items is a level 83 Challenge in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]
Overview
EX Battle Research: Items is a Challenge in which the Warrior must fight Enemies according to Purah's instructions. The first Enemy is an extremely large Ice Chuchu, and first, the Warrior must attack it with fire three times. There is also a Fire Wizzrobe that spawns in the corner, and when defeated, reappears after a certain amount of time. Afterwards, the Warrior must defeat the Ice Chuchu with a Remote Bomb. When it is defeated, two Silver Moblins spawn, which the Warrior must counter with Sheikah Runes three times. Also, while the Fire Wizzrobe from before does not disappear, it will also not reappear when defeated. Afterwards, a Malice Lynel spawns, which the Warrior must defeat with a Remote Bomb as well. Also, the Silver Moblins from before will no longer respawn when defeated. If any Enemies are defeated at the wrong time or in the wrong way, they will simply reappear, giving the Warrior another chance to reach his or her objective. The Challenge can be cleared using any Warrior except Purah & Robbie, and when completed for the first time, the Warrior receives a reward of ten Robbie's Maintenance Oils, five Robbie's Machine Lubricants, five Robbie's Curing Agents, and a random Weapon.
