Gepper is a character in The Minish Cap.[1]
Biography
Gepper can be seen in Hyrule Town during the Picori Festival. He enters the Sword-Fighting Tournament each year, though he has never won.[2]
After Princess Zelda is turned to stone and the Picori Festival ends, Gepper disappears and is not seen for the remainder of the game.
