Hinox Monster Medal

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

The Hinox Monster Medal is an Item in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Location and Uses

After completing the Side Quests "WANTED: Hinox", "WANTED: Molduga", "WANTED: Stone Talus", "Unknown Huge Silhouette", "Unknown Sky Giant", and "Unknown Three-Headed Monster", Link will be able to talk to Gralens about Hinoxes. If he has defeated all 68 Hinoxes, Gralens will reward him with the Hinox Monster Medal.[2] He explains that it was meant for someone who is capable of fighting every Hinox, but he thought it would be impossible until Link did so.[3] Alternatively, should there be any remaining Hinoxes that Link has not defeated, Gralens will instead tell him how many are left.[citation needed]

I started to think it was an impossible task, and yet! Everyone knows about your great deeds, Link, but it feels good to give you something tangible as proof of them. From here forward, it is our solemn duty to become as brave as you and carry out more monster expeditions for the people!" — Gralens (Tears of the Kingdom)
