Table-form draft
Great Fairy
Proposing a table-form draft to organize by levels (which control strength per star and number of slots) and list elements/weapon-type.

Notes:
:I get the intent of including those, but in the current version of the page, it gives the implication that it is a separate weapon set than the ones directly above it, at least at a glance. All the other weapon images are taken from the acquisition icon; granted, for this and the FD mask, that means they're not fully representative of what the weapon actually looks like in use, but it does mean they don't fit.
*In Master Quest, NPC Warriors will sometimes wield their 8-Bit weapons, or even the weapons of other warriors (ex. Sheik with Polished Rapier). Should this be a trivia note?
:However, these would work perfectly if we could use the tabber extension. I think we can use it on just a row of the gallery (or at least split Link's gallery into three and make it look like just one gallery with a tabbable row), but this could also be incorporated on my weapons draft with no hassle whatsoever. What do people think about that?KrytenKoro (talk) 13:03, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
*There are two methods of unlocking new weapons without completing the mission the game says you have to:
::Please forgive any ignorance, since I don't have enough knowledge to properly understand all of that, but would Template:Tab or similar, work? -- 12:59, 21 January 2016 (UTC)
#Complete a Friend mission with the applicable reward. When these reward weapons, they reward LV.3 weapons. It is possible to get a LV.3 weapon you have not unlocked normally.
:::It would definitely work, yeah. In addition, it could be implemented pretty easily with the expanded draft I have in my userspace, which includes more info for each weapon set.KrytenKoro (talk) 16:07, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
#Using above (or clever mountaineering), get a higher level weapon before you get all the lower level ones. Random weapon drops are based on your highest level weapon, so for example you can have unlocked Volga's LV.1 and LV.3 dragon spears, and the LV.2 will infrequently drop randomly.
#Some missions in MQ have Midna using the yet unreleased "8-Bit Red Ring". Apparently Agitha has been spotted with an 8-bit parasol, original design.

Thankfully Toon Link's weapons are amazingly recognizable and all lifted from various games. His tier one is the only one I don't have a proper name for. It's the Sword and Shield you get at the start of his game. His second tier is the Phantom Sword. It's paired with the the default shield from Phantom Hourglass, the one with the Lobster on it. The third tier, weirdly enough is the Lokomo Sword,. It's paired with the Mirror Shield. If someone could get the proper name of the first tier and add this that would be great.--Lego3400 (talk) 06:33, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

:Going to be completely honest here. That looks incredibly messy and is honestly really unnecessary. I know it sounds like I'm shooting down another idea, but the way the page organizes the weapons now is good enough. -The Goron Moron (talk) 04:00, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

:Is it less messy now? I've implemented the table style Pakkun used on the Material page.

:I believe this version is necessary because it:
HW Weapon Sections and Pages almost complete
*It clarifies the weapon type, which allows us to link to those pages rather than link through the weapons that are nostalgia bits.

*It lists the weapon level and element.
I just did a check on alot of the Hyrule Warriors section/pages of the weapons and so far now, all that is needed are the Attack Combination pattern effects along with info on some with Weak Point Smashes and Focus Spirit, and those sections/pages will be completed. *The stat table provides a helpful guide for those planning to max-out their weapons.

I get the intent of including those, but in the current version of the page, it gives the implication that it is a separate weapon set than the ones directly above it, at least at a glance. All the other weapon images are taken from the acquisition icon; granted, for this and the FD mask, that means they're not fully representative of what the weapon actually looks like in use, but it does mean they don't fit.
