{{Term/Store|Grim Repoe||Series, TFH}} is the {{Term|TFH|Boss}} of {{Term|TFH|Palace Noir|link}}, which serves as the {{Term|TFH|Sub-Boss}} of {{Term|TFH|The Ruins|link}}, in {{TFH}}.<ref name="E 183"/> It is a giant {{Term|TFH|Poe|link}} carrying a large scythe.
==Characteristics== | |||
The battle is fought in the center of a dusty, old, circular library. When the battle begins, three colored {{Plural|TFH|Poe|link}} will appear; one green, one blue and one red. The {{Plural|TFH|Poe}} will constantly flee from the {{Plural|TFH|Links|link}} while cackling madly. To defeat them, the {{Plural|TFH|Links}} can attempt to {{Term|TFH|Dash Attack|link}} at them, or team up to corner them, but the {{Plural|TFH|Poe|link}} can only be damaged by the {{Term|TFH|Links}} who matches their color. As ghosts, the {{Plural|TFH|Poe}} can move through the bookcases in the center of the room as they flee. After all three {{Plural|TFH|Poe}} are defeated, the {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} appears in the center of the room and collects their souls inside of a glowing pendant.
The {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} will blow out the three {{Plural|TFH|Torch|link}} and bring darkness to the room. It will then spin wildly around the room with its scythe. The {{Term|TFH|Links}} with the {{Term|TFH|Fire Gloves|link}} can relight the {{Plural|TFH|Torch}}, while the {{Term|TFH|Links}} with the {{Term|TFH|Bow|link}} can assist by firing {{Plural|TFH|Arrow|link}} from a lit {{Term|TFH|Torch}} to an unlit one. The {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} will attempt to extinguish the {{Plural|TFH|Torch}} with its scythe while the {{Plural|TFH|Links}} light them. Once enough light is returned, the {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} will reappear then slowly float around the room, occasionally charging with its spinning scythe. The {{Term|TFH|Links}} with the {{Term|TFH|Gust Jar|link}} can then use it to stun the {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}}, allowing the {{Plural|TFH|Links}} to attack its pendant. The {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} will regroup and then blow out the {{Plural|TFH|Torch}} again, requiring them to be lit once more. As the {{Term|TFH|Grim Repoe}} will hover through the air at a higher elevation, the {{Plural|TFH|Links}} must form a {{Term|TFH|Totem|link}} of two to stun it with the {{Term|TFH|Gust Jar}}. After several more hits, it will be defeated.
