The {{Term/Store|Isle of Songs||Series, SS}} is a location in {{SS}}.<ref>{{Cite Book|quote= |book= E |publisher= |page= 296}}</ref> It is found in the [[Thunderhead]] in the northwestern part of [[The Sky]]. [[Link]] must travel to the Isle of Songs to progress further in his quest to temper the [[Goddess Sword]]. Entrance to the Thunderhead is possible after acquiring the [[Goddess's Harp]] and activating the mirror on top of the [[Light Tower]] by playing the [[Ballad of the Goddess]].

The Isle of Songs consists of two islands. The building on the main island can only be entered through a small crawlspace. To access the crawlspace, Link must solve a puzzle on the second island in which he must rotate three pieces of a bridge that move in tandem, synchronizing them using stone blocks that he can activate using his sword on a switch panel.

Also, two [[Goddess Cube Chest]]s are located on the Isle of Songs.

After being told by [[Impa]] that the [[Goddess Sword]] is not capable of activating the [[Gate of Time]] inside the [[Sealed Temple]]<ref>{{Cite|…As you can see, the gate is nothing more than a slab of cold stone for now. Yes, I believe a shot of holy light from your Skyward Strike might just do it… Ah, sorry to disappoint you, boy, but for now your sword lacks the power necessary to awaken the gate.|Impa|SS}}</ref>, [[Link]] learns that he must enhance his sword by bathing it in the three [[Sacred Flames]]<ref>{{Cite|Faron Woods… Eldin Volcano… and Lanayru Desert… A sacred flame is hidden somewhere in each of these lands. Seek them out and purify your sword in their heat.|Impa|SS}}</ref>, requiring that he completes the three [[Silent Realm]]s. To enter said realms, he must learn the [[Sacred Songs]]. Impa tells Link that in order to enhance his sword, he must travel to the Isle of Songs and teaches him to play the [[Ballad of the Goddess]] on his newly acquired [[Goddess's Harp]]<ref>{{Cite|However, now that Impa has destroyed the gate that they used, there is only one way left to find them.
