Fire Mountain is a volcano one sector south of Dragon Roost Island. You must come here after meeting the Fairy Queen. Shoot an Ice Arrow into the erupting volcano to start a five minute timer and freeze the eruption. Now, you must scale the rock face and navigate a maze to the the top of the volcano. Inside, fight the keese while jumping from platform to platform, and at the end, you will find the Power Bracelets. The timer will stop and you can use the item to lift the stone head and leave.

There is also a Big Octo in this sector, not acknowleged by the Octo Chart.
