Nomenclature
The Spirits of Good may be connected to the four Light Spirits seen in TP. While there is little shown in-game to directly link the two groups, both are groups of powerful, holy spirits, and the latter group was shown to be able to create a Bow of Light (or at least an equivalent) when acting together. Four golden triangles are also shown in the opening cinematic describing the war with Malladus, and while these were most likely meant to represent the four Force Gems that power the Spirit Tracks, they could also be indicative of the spirits who preside over them, who could potentially be the Light Spirits. The Light Spirits would also logically exist in all three Zelda timelines, including the Adult Timeline of which Spirit Tracks was a part, and given the destruction of Old Hyrule at the end of TWW, it would again be logical to assume that the Light Spirits migrated to New Hyrule with Tetra and her crew.

Alternately, the term "Spirits of Good" may be a broad title for the "lesser gods" of the Zelda universe. This is supported by the fact that Zelda is said and shown to have the "sacred power of the spirits" in her body; previously, however, the Royal Family of Hyrule (both Old and, through Tetra, New) had mystical powers unrelated to the Spirits, given to them by their common bloodline with the goddess Hylia. This discrepancy would be perfectly logical, however, if Hylia- an important, yet nonetheless lesser, goddess- was one of the so-called Spirits. This would also potentially be supported by the fact that the Spirits were said to have wielded physical weapons such as the Bow of Light and Lokomo Sword, which would be odd if they were true spirits, but makes sense if they had physical forms, as the lesser gods of Hyrule do.
