In A Link to the Past Ganon turned the Sacred Realm into the Dark World, and then Hyrule was said to be the Light World. In Twilight Princess Hyrule is simply called "World of Light" which does not mean it is the Light World, but a world in which has Light in it (in contrast to the Twilight Realm). Does that mean the Light World should be used to describe Hyrule on the Fallen Hero Timeline and not Hyrule in the other timelines? :Well, I personally believe that even ''that'' definition is a little shaky. The term "Light World" has only ever been used once throughout the entire Zelda series. I honestly don't think that Midna using the phrase "world of light" (note the lack of capitalization) to describe Hyrule counts. If anything, "Light World" is simply a phrase that Sahasrahla used to help differentiate between Hyrule and the Dark World in {{ALTTP}}. It doesn't refer to Hyrule on the Fallen Hero Timeline—or any timeline, for that matter—and certainly doesn't refer to the entire universe in which the majority of the Zelda series takes place. Just like "The Surface" or "world of light," I believe it's just a way to distinguish between two different locations within the same game. {{:User:Dannyboy601/sig}} 16:49, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
