If you mean video evidence, you can literally just google (multiple Epona breath of the wild), it's a fairly well-known feature that I'm honestly surprised the wiki was unaware of. Here's one thread discussing it (https://www.reddit.com/r/botw/comments/a3jc0l/2_epona_pardon_the_pic/), and a gaming website (https://press-start.com.au/guides/2017/03/06/can-get-epona-zelda-breath-wild-second-time/).
