The Sun's Song can be learned from entering the Royal Family's Tomb in the Graveyard of Kakariko Village. It is scratched on the wall at the very end of the crypt. This song, when played on Link's Ocarina of Time will allow you to change night to day, or day to night. It can freeze ReDeads and Gibdos within the room it's played in.
Since its induction in Ocarina of Time, it's become the song to signify morning in almost every Zelda game.
