| Making their first, (and only, to date), appearance in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker|The Wind Waker]]'', '''Kargoroks''' were bird-like creatures that [[Link]] faced often in his quest. Kargoroks were used by [[Ganon]] for survielance and transportation of other monsters, such as [[moblin]]s, across the sea. The Kargoroks were easily defeated when roosting, and were also succeptable to arrow shots (and cannon fire) when airborn. Often, Link could gleen rare [[Golden Feathers]] from the tails of defeated Kargoroks, which fetched a nice price when presented to a certain gaurd on [[Dragon Roost Island]]An interesting fact is these bear a resemblance to the helmaroc king,the giant bird that kidnapped Link's sister, Aryll.
