The Guay is a small crow that will dive bomb at Link. These small birds are rather hard to aim at, and tend to fly in groups. If you hear one coming at you, it is best to prepare your Hero's Bow to shoot it out of the sky. In Majora's Mask, there is a lone Guay that circles outside of Clock Town. It doesn't attempt to attack Link, however.
Guays are small, crow-like creatures that appear in several games. They appear as black or red{red ones are stronger and fly much faster}, and attack Link manly by circling around and then diving strate for him. They are easily defeated, but can be rather annoying in large numbers. They appear first in A Link to the Past, and are seen sitting on the tops of trees until Link walks by them. Guays in The Minish Cap behave much the same way, and even play a part in the games storyline. For example, in the Royal Valley, when Link visits Dampe the Gravedigger, he recieves the gate key needed to open the door to the graveyard. When he exits the house, a Guay swoopes in and grabs the key. Link then must find the creatures nest and ram it with the Pegasus Boots to get it back. They also appear in Twilight Princess in various locations {mainly Kakariko Village}, but in large flocks, when all of them are defeated however, Link recieves large amounts of Rupees.
