Bawbs are enemies in A Link Between Worlds.[1]

Characteristics

Bawbs are Bomb that have been possessed by the spirits of monsters.[1] They become active Bombs when they are attacked. They can be used to solve Crystal Switch puzzles and blast open cracks in floors. They will regenerate after they explode, similar to Bomblings in Twilight Princess. In the Desert Palace (A Link Between Worlds) and Swamp Palace, Bawbs attempt to home in on Link, while others, like those in Thieves' Hideout (A Link Between Worlds) and Lorule Castle, wander randomly.

Nomenclature

Bawb is likely a play on "Bomb".
