Mila's Father is the very rich man that lives in the mansion on Windfall Island in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. When his daughter Mila was kidnapped and trapped in the Forsaken Fortress, he spent all of his Rupees searching for her. Eventually he went from being the richest man in Windfall to being the poorest.
