But if they don't do that and just undo the reversion right away, and you undo that, then it's up to you to go to them and try to reason with them. If you don't, they might just think you're being obstinate, revert it back, and get angry at you. And that's pretty much exactly what happened with you and Itachou. So that's why it's a good idea to go talk to the person after you revert their edit a second time, so you can prevent unpleasant experiences like the one you just experienced.
