:Anything that permanently affects the game counts, so chests must be opened as they don't respawn (with some minor exceptions) and the Sheikah Sensor + can pick them up. I would differ about the Armor, as indeed it's impossible to have them all at the same time and they can also be sold and bought at anytime, so it's not really permanent. It says that you need to collect _and_ use an extra key in the Water Temple. Are you sure that the extra key can be used without utilizing glitches?
