Wood Heart

The Wood Heart is an item in the trading sequence of Phantom Hourglass. It is obtained by giving the Guard Notebook to Nyave in the SW sea. Giving it to the Wayfarer on his ship in the SE sea will allow Link to return to Bannan Island and get the Swordsman's Scroll, which will allow Link to use the Spin Attack.
This item is also a treasure in Spirit Tracks. It can be sold for 50 Rupees.
