Sakon

In Ocarina of Time, this character is very minor. He can be seen running around Hyrule Castle Market looking very suspicious. In the ending credits he can be seen dancing around, joining in with the party. There isn't much to this character in Ocarina of Time. However, in Majora's Mask Sakon is a thief, a nasty and cunning thief. His hideout is situated in Ikana with a huge boulder placed infront of it. He can be seen running around with a bag hung over his shoulder. You stop him from stealing an old lady's bombs. A very sly character indeed, and a mysterious one. Someone needs to lock this thief up!
