Gorman

This creepy and rather discourteous man is the leader of the Gorman Troupe who are scheduled to play at this year's Carnival of Time. However due to the crisis involving Lulu losing her voice this leads to the cancellation of the whole performance. He then attempts to down his sorrows and anger at the local Milk Bar. If you somehow manage to cheer this guy up he may give you something rather great in return. He has two other brothers who own there own racetrack but they seem to be causing much suspicion lately.
