Astral Observatory

A small building out side of the walls of Clock Town in Majora's Mask. The only way to get here is to find all the Bomber Kids of the Bombers Gang when you play their game. They will then tell you their secret code. Go to the Bomber Kid in East Clock Town with the yellow hat and tell him the code. Then walk down the ramp , hop over the water, dodge the skulltula, destroy the ballon, climb the ladder and up the stairs. Talk to the Astronomer and look through the telescope at the Clock Tower in Clock Town. You will see Skull Kid and then there is a short animation. Go out side to pick up the Moon Tear.
