Hylian Language Templates

I've been looking at the templates used to display Hylian characters and noticed a few potential inconsistencies/problems.
1) The general "Hylian" template is broken due to a script error.
2) The OoT and WW templates do not have versions that are able to translate multiple characters at a time, unlike the TP, SS, and ALBW templates. I presume this is because the OoT and WW languages are based off of Japanese which doesn't generally have distinct words in the same way we do in English. I can also imagine making these templates could be difficult from a programming aspect but I don't know enough about template creation yet to really know. But I do think it would be very useful (I started looking into these templates because I wanted one for some MM translations). Is this possible?
3) The naming conventions are inconsistent. The templates are currently named Hylian, OoTH, TWWH, HT, HylianTP, AH, HylianSS, HylianALBW/Letter, and HylianALBW. Almost no consistency here. Since multiple games often use the same set of symbols, it'd make sense to base the names off of the Hylian Script numbering system we have. Thus, I'd name the above templates (skipping over "Hylian") Hylian2, Hylian3, Hylian4/L, Hylian5, Hylian5/L, Hylian5, Hylian6/L, and Hylian6 or something similar. Of course, the real question is whether or not templates can actually be renamed (I'd think there is a lot of text replacement that'd need to happen to do so). - Nerdyarchimedes (talk) 05:03, 9 July 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
