Honey and Darling
Template:Character Honey and Darling,(MM)[1] also known as the Dancing Couple,(OoT)[2] are two characters in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Honey is the woman with red hair, while Darling is the brown-haired man.
Biography
Ocarina of Time
In Ocarina of Time, the Dancing Couple first appear in Castle Town when Link is a child, where they can be seen in the market dancing and complimenting each other with words of affection.[3][4] They can later be found at Kakariko Village behind the Windmill after Ganondorf invades Hyrule, where they will call Link annoying for invading their personal space.[5][6]
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, Honey and Darling appear running a shop in East Clock Town. It is open from 6 AM to 10 PM,[7] and it serves as a game house that changes its main game event daily.[8] If Link obtains a perfect score for all three games during the same three-day cycle, he will receive a Piece of Heart.[9]
Trivia
- Honey and Darling may possibly draw reference from Romeo and Juliet, the two title characters from William Shakespeare's tragedy Romeo and Juliet, who felt deep infatuation for one another.
