Weather is an event in the legend of Zelda breath of the wild.


Rain: when climbing, link will slip while it is raining, consuming stamina. There are rumors that rain also muffles links noise level, but it has yet to be confirmed from research

Thunderstorm: includes the effects of rain, in addition it causes natural lighting strikes, these lightning strikes are attracted to equipment and wepons made of metal.

Note: electric darners and thunder butterflies appear near the silent princess memory during a thunderstorm.

Snow: seems to be merely cosmetic, needs confirming
