Aeralfos is the mini boss of the City in the Sky in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It's a winged and armed lizard which attacks the player from the arm. It will dodge everything until it is ready to attack, and that is when you use the Clawshot to grab its shield and bring it down to you. Then proceed with attacking it. It will take a few hits and then it changes its strategy. It will use the three openings in the wall. The same strategy is applied, though. Once he comes in and stops flying, he will hold out his shield, and you grab it. After getting the Double Clawshot, Aeralfos will become a normal enemy, which will attack in other spots of the City in the Sky and at Hyrule Castle. It may also attack in groups.
