==Features and Overview==
The {{Term|LANS|Animal Village}} is the home of many {{Plural|LANS|Animal|link}} that live together peacefully. It is located in the southeastern corner of {{Term|LANS|Koholint Island|link}}.
The inhabitants consist of {{Plural|LANS|Rabbit|link}}, {{Term|LANS|Christine|link}}, {{Term|LANS|Chef Bear|link}}, {{Term|LANS|Schule Donavitch|link}}, the {{Term|LANS|Hippo Model|link}}, and a {{Term|LANS|Zora|link}}. All the {{Plural|LANS|Animal}} seem to be enamored with the singing voice of {{Term|LANS|Marin|link}}, who goes with {{Term|LANS|Link}} to sing the {{Term|LANS|Ballad of the Wind Fish|link}} to the inhabitants. When {{Term|LANS|Marin|link}} is not there, the {{Plural|LANS|Animal}} constantly remind {{Term|LANS|Link}} that {{Term|LANS|Marin}} must come back someday to sing them another {{Term|LANS|Song|link}}.
One of the {{Term|LANS|Rabbit}}s mentions that the {{Term|LANS|Animal Village}} is a sister city to {{Term|LANS|Mabe Village|link}}.<ref>{{Cite|Hey! Did ya know Animal Village and Mabe Village are sister cities? Yes, even though they aren't large enough to be called cities... Anyway, I heard from a very good source that they have a {{Color|LANS Blue|Dream Shrine}} in Mabe, and that it has something good inside... Is that true?|Rabbit|LANS}}</ref> Its inhabitants are unable to go visit {{Term|LANS|Mabe Village}} because of the uprising in monster sightings and attacks that spanned the area connecting the two {{Plural|LANS|Village|link}} together.<ref>{{Cite|I can't go to Mabe Village because of all the monsters. I hope Marin is all right.|Rabbit|LANS}}</ref>
A {{Term|LANS|Piece of Heart|link}} can be found in a cave between the {{Term|LANS|Animal Village|display= Village}} and {{Term|LANS|Yarna Desert|link}}. A {{Term|LANS|Warp Hole|link}} can be found in the small pond south of the {{Term|LANS|Animal Village|display= Village}}.

In the {{LA|Cagiva}}, after learning the "{{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Ballad of the Wind Fish|link}}" from {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Marin|link}}, {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Link|link}} decides to help her get to {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Animal Village}} so she can sing with her animal friends. Before reaching the {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Animal Village|display= Village}}, {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Link}} and {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Marin}} get attacked by a group of {{Plural|LA (Cagiva)|Moblin|link}} and {{Plural|LA (Cagiva)|Boarblin|link}}. While escaping, they find that the bridge leading to {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Animal Village}} is missing. {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Marin}} then gets attacked by a club, so {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Link}} pushes her and gets hit instead, making him fall from the cliff. As the enemy group drew closer, {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Link}} asks {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Marin}} to jump, catching her within his arms. Shortly after, both arrive to {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Animal Village}}.
After gathering all eight {{Plural|LA (Cagiva)|Instrument of the Sirens|link}}, {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Link}} decides to stop by at {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Animal Village}} to play some music for the animals alongside {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Marin}} before going to {{Term|LA (Cagiva)|Mt. Tamaranch|link}}.
