To defeat these annoying arachnids you can either pick their eggs off with the Slingshot or beat them off with your sword. They are found on the ceiling in a huge circular room before the boss and Queen Gohma will lay them.
They also make an appearance in Twilight Princess in the Temple of Time. They have more developed forms, but are still rather easy to fend off. New to the gohma family is an even smaller version of the gohma larva called Baby Gohma.
