Biography
The Bag Guy appears in the Item Shop of Thieves' Town. He stands in the corner of the shop with no particular purpose, singing to himself a part of the song required to enter the Thieves' Hideout: “♪ Sometimes it hurts too much t'care. Ya think knowledge is power, but it's really despair...”.
