The Bazaar is a shop where Link can buy various goods. In Ocarina of Time, the Bazaar in Hyrule Castle Town is the first place where the Hylian Shield is available to be purchased. If Link talks to the guard at the Death Mountain gate first, he can get a discount on the Hylian Shield. The discount is given after Link chooses to purchase it.
